Here are 10 secret tips for a stress free writing experience.
1. Pick your fave domain.
 A familiar topic keeps your mind at ease while writing.
Avoid overloading mind with info from reference materials. It blocks free flow of words required for writing.
2. Write from heart.

3. If you feel your ideas are blocked, don’t stop. Make note of all trashy thoughts crossing your mind...
I keep a notepad named ‘TRASH’ where I collect these thoughts and are often means of new writing ideas.
4. Write the way you share thoughts with someone close to you. Such a connect with readers gives you comfort to express freely.

5. Respect all creative work for the effort that goes behind a creation. It helps you to overcome fear of criticism. 
6. Accept there is no perfect writing. It controls the stress that sets in when you detect any flaw in your write up.
7. Learn to process criticism.
If criticism helps to improve writing, take it. Or else, dump it into ‘junk folder’ of your brain.

8. Reduce physical stress.
Stop writing when your neck feels stiff or eyes feel dry. Restart after a few quick neck and eye exercises.
